Crystal Clear Voice Recording
The directional characteristic of the SM1 is unidirectional and therefore designed especially for crystal clear voice recording. Frontal incoming sound is preferred within the recording, while lateral incoming sound is taken into account for an extensive spatial sound. Sound coming from behind, however, is muted and not recorded. The SM1 is additionally equipped with a foam pop filter to assist against wind and movement noise, which is easily removable if necessary. The SM1 connects via a 3.5 mm microphone jack (TRS) to all conventional PCs and notebooks with a corresponding microphone port.
